Firstly specialized in insect photography accordingly to his PhD degree in entomology, his expanding interests cover at present all things related to natural history, as well as travel photography.

His work is published worldwide and as a recognized professional he leads workshops and also writes technical articles, as well as the text of his assignments as a biologist.
